  • Failed Transactions: If a transaction cannot be completed due to technical issues or errors on the Platform.

  • Disputes Resolved in Favor of the Buyer: If a dispute is raised and resolved in favor of the buyer after review.

  • Order Cancellations: If a deal is canceled before the transaction is finalized and funds are released to the seller.

Refunds will be credited to the user's Dealerr Network account balance.

Users can choose to:

Withdraw the refunded amount to their bank account or cryptocurrency wallet, subject to the withdrawal fee

Use the refunded amount to initiate new transactions or services on the Platform.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.

In case of delays due to verification or technical issues, users will be notified.

5. Cryptocurrency Refunds

Refunds processed in cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT) will be credited to the user's account at the market exchange rate applicable at the time of the refund.

Dealerr Network is not responsible for any fluctuations in cryptocurrency value during the refund process.

6. Fees and Deductions

Refunds are subject to the standard transaction and withdrawal fees outlined in the Terms of Service.

Any fees incurred during the initial payment, such as network or processing charges, are non-refundable.

7. Conditions for Denial of Refunds

Refunds may be denied under the following circumstances:

  • If the transaction was completed successfully and there are no issues raised within the dispute resolution period.

  • If the refund request is based on user error, such as sending funds to an incorrect wallet or account.

  • If there is evidence of fraudulent activity or violation of the Terms of Service.
